Kain tayo! (tuna en cheese with carrots)
tumawag prof ko last night, she said we dont have class coz "sumthing came up"! Ako naman halos magtatalon na habang kausap ko siya! Tho I must admit napasigaw me ng *woooooooooooohooooooooo* pagkababa ng fone.
Sa sobrang saya ko I just started watching youtube, ofcourse! And went to bed around 3am.
Kaya yun kanina I wokeup around 11am. Which is still early compared to how I used to be! *haha* I didnt know kung what drove me while I sleeping to crave for tuna sandwhich. But I just feel like eating na talga!
I checked the cupboard, 1 tuna left!
onions=check!
cheese=check!
tinapay=check!
mayonnaise=oh--oh----
lettuce/cucumber/potato chips as toppings=oh---oh----
So here it is, walang mayo? use CREAM CHEESE + Tuna WATER. Then I added MOZZARELLA CHEESE (kasi mejo nabuhos ko ung tubig) Then I added CHOPPED onions, and yung TUNA. Heat it up sa microwave for 1-2mins. I added few more chopped ONIONS for freshness. pinch of salt and LOTSA PEPPER!
for the topping: walang chips eh, I LOVE TUNA SANDWHICH with CHIPS... (ung chips adds some texture and crunch plus salt dun sa sandwhich) -------kaso wala eh.. wala din lettuce, or cucumber, so naicip ko why not use THINLY SLICED baby carrots with salt and pepper... for crunchiness! (Of course I TOASTED the bread with tuna muna, before I added toppings para mas masarap!)
for the SIDE: actually sa gutom ko di na nakasama sa picture yung STEAMED Brocolli. *heheh and may kagat na yung tinapay..* I just added few SALT and PEPPER dun sa steamed brocolli, tas nilagyan ko ng konting sobra from the TUNA and CHEESE filling... ***crrrrrrrrrrrrunch!!!!***
sooooooooooooooooo damn yummy!!! I love the brocoli kasi its crunchy but doesn't taste raw! saraaaaaaaaaaaaaaap! di na nga umabot ung brocoli sa photoshoot eh... tsk tsk..
COOKING LESSON: SALT AND PEPPER is my friend.... it makes everything taste soooooooooooo much better. yung carrots? I would rather dip it in a salt and pepper mixture rather than a ranch dip or veggie dip. Brocolli? would rather have it with salt and pepper than with butter? GETZ?!?!
