Rotini, chicken, spinach and cheeze
ANSARAAAAAAAAAAP ng dinner ko lastnite!! (pati breakfast ko this morning.. ung left over!)
**houie, inggit ka dito!sarap oh!haha i want you to taste it! U LOVE PASTA right?!? kaya lang ubos na by the time u'l read this..kaya sorry.. next time na lang pag dinalaw mo na ko dito...(kelan pa kaya yun?) :p sarap...sarap!**
hmmm... i think my favorite pasta is ROTINI... kasi yung sauce gets trapped in between the ridges... sarap! MORE SAUCE IN EACH BITE!haha!
yoko talga ang pasta na over cook... i like it mejo makunat pa... but not hard to bite. hehe... kasi that means hilaw pa yun! LOLZ...
Mejo mainit ang ulo ko last nite, so i sauteed chicken breast hard! I was generous on ONIONS too.. i love onions, sliced thinly but marami dapat! Uhmmm...anu bang ginawa ko? sa pagmumulti tasking ng luto, linis at surf sa net, hehe di ko yata matandaan ginawa ko... Syempre while sauteeing(whatta spelling?) ALWAYS SEASON... season with salt/pepper/garlic powder (yoko ng fresh garlic kasi nangagnamoy ung mga damit ko at buong bahay!hahaha... but if kng fresh ung garlic at ung bahay is cooking-friendly.. i will use the fresh ones...) Then I added the (partially)cooked pasta i guess, to absorb some of the flavor, then ung spinach.. tas hinayaan ko na lang mag simmer until the spinach is soooooo DONE.. hehe.. then pinatay ang fire, add mozarella and parmesean (spelling?) cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze... sarap! Hehehe... i decyded to use some of the free stuffs from pizza places ung powdered parmesean!kasi mejo luma na yun eh...hahaha...o diba resourceful! YUM!
