I may not be the best chef in town, pero im proud to say i'm one of the BEST chef for myself! HAHA!!! whatever lei.. dream on!
I love to cook...pag gusto ko ung niluluto ko, pag gusto ng kakain ung niluluto ko at ang main factor eh mag nasa MOOD akong magluto. OTHERWISE expect a disaster.. :D
but hey *hou... i know ul like this dish na niluto ko.. yummy...*
Wala ang parents ko recently, kya 3 days ago i cooked a somewaht altered traditional spaghetti. haha.. i should say altered kasi I used taco seasoned ground beef left over, saka crushed pepper pang paanghang. Wala rin thickening agents, at di mashadong matamis.
THIS TIME PASTA ULIT!!!! hehehe... wala kasi ang mga parents kong pinoy food lang ang gusto!!!!!
JUST A THOUGHT- pag tumanda ako pinoy food lang din kaya ang kakainin ko!?!?! haaay...
Pagbukas ko ng ref....
-leftover pinakbet
-leftover paksiw
-leftover rice
-leftover applepie (bigay lang)
-lefover corn bread (bigay din)
-isang pack na mabubulok ng spinach
-opened bag ng shredded carrots
-leftover of canned salmon
-two pieces of aged cheese (past expiry date)
-free garlic butter dipping (from papa johns pizza sa school)
-onions
-sandamakmak na kung anu anung gulay na mabubulok na (si mamy kasi mahilig bumili di naman nagluluto..pra bang pag binili mo eh may magluluto..hay...)
-apples (craving ko ngayun sa mga fruits..heheh)
-atbp.....
SALMON/SPINACH PASTA with sausage
Sauce base: sauteed until brown all these in sequence *taking each ingreadient to heat up before adding the next*
-onions, left over salmon in can, shredded carrots, pre-cooked spinach *water sqeezed*, pepper, salt, garlic dipping sauce, garlic powder.
-CREAM of MUSHROOM in can
-few cups of pasta water or broth
-simmer to desired thickness
-crushed red peppers (ung libre from pizza shops... pampaanghang sarap!)
THAT's IT!!!!!
Turn off the heat, added aged cheese lol... buti ayus pa naman..haha..
tas ung cooked sausage na boil ko lang.
mix mix...
pasta in plate..
sauce on top.
CHOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!
don't forget for an ICE COLD SODA or ICE COLD WATER! YUUUUUUUMMMMILICIOUS!
